TL;DR: Ayten hires Rawq, Morgrimm, Zorak, and Shield leader, Udoroth, to seek the last sylvan sword called "Summer's Breath" in the northwestern mountains with Dufdor (the firbolg's help). The party takes the sea route and encounter a shark (thwarted with Beast Bond), an abolith in Dead Man's Grotto, and discover a nest of manticores. They discover that an earthquake had set loose Heartslayer, the undead Eladrinne warrior who protects the sylvan sword, Summer's Breath. They delve into the underdark and discover the ancient drow mausoleums and a treasure trove.
Dear Eilis and Theobold,
First - dear sister Eilis - I'm sorry you lost your sword, Aqmar, to a clever polar bear. I hope the recovery goes without a hitch. I have successfully acquired Summer's Breath, but it wasn't easy. The undead elf, Heartslayer, was sworn to protect it and he gave us a good fight -- in a drow temple! I will have it for you when you return from Summerport next week.
Theobold: In this journey, we have established an alliance with the firbolgs, led by Dufdor and his sister Audra. Together, we opened the spire using arcane means: Bless (Morgrimm), Jump (me), Druidcraft (Dufdor), and Jump (Audra). We entered the tomb without disturbing the plate but discovered an earthquake had opened the door leading to Heartslayer. We jumped in and followed the quake to a series of tunnels that ultimately led us to a company of skeleton soldiers (magic stone is pretty handy for destroying skellies) and delved into a drow crypt. Heartslayer was waiting for us in the drow temple. Udo had successfully summoned one of the undead minions and had Heartslayer under his control but for a moment. I had wildshaped into a giant spider but unfortunately, Heartslayer got the best of me. I ran out of wildshapes but fortunately my heroic companions prevailed. We found the exit leading back to the forest and got back safely.
Lore on the obelisks and the swords: The four spires in Black River are from a primordial elf race from before the cataclysm. The eladrinne created the swords to evoke the four seasons of war. They magnify power and Midden Heap has her hands on the Spring sword. The White Tower has a fairy ring by it that opens on the night of a full moon.
By the way, have you ever heard of an abolith? He was an odd slimy creature waiting for us in a grotto we dubbed Dead Man's Grotto. He was accompanied by a couple of pale almost translucent fisherman. He really messed with our heads and kept inviting us to join him. I fought him as a giant octopus but ultimately escaped to prevent further injury. I think you try to make contact with this strange humanoid. Zorak had the heebie jeebies about him.
P.S. I have added to my catalog of creatures on Black River "Island."

TL;DR: Adventurers break open the second sylvan obelisk in Black River Swamp and recover a mithral blade (one of four). See Obelisks of the Bayou
So, the story starts off with a healthy band of adventures that decide to head West in search of the Obelisk they found a short while ago. We needed some experienced fighters on our side for the dangers that we could be facing, and we ventured out in search of knowledge and treasure. The perilous journey Westward began shortly after they traveled about a day. Our warriors are ambushed by a small group of 6 or so lizard folk. As the battle raged on, the party was able to dispatch the raiding party, while knocking 2 unconscious. Because I can speak their language, I find out that their way of fighting is of honor and for “Their King”. We as the group tried to see if there was a way to get an audience with the leader, the two warriors said that (Roughly translated) “since we do not speak for our group of people, our king will not hear your words, because your words hold no weight”… more or less. After a bit of talking, we find out that WE have disgraced them by not killing them in battle. In order to appease their own “honor code”, we challenged them to a one-on-one battle to the death. Because we are here to tell this story, you now know that battle was ours!
The adventures move farther into the woods avoiding the problems near the shore and the birds that could possibly pound us into the sandy beach. We avoided the encounter all together and started heading North to the Obelisk. After a short walk, we find the obelisk and proceed to devise a way to open the door without triggering the spire. At this point, we have no idea how the spire is triggered which made the next hour-long discussion fun and intriguing. With some brilliant planning and expert stonecutter knowledge we were able to attach ropes to the door, placing large poles that we dug into the ground and in a “pully style” method, we as the group were able to open the door.

TL;DR: A party of new adventurers take on a quest for the hag of the west coast; discover a monument, giant buffalo, and a toxic waterfall. Related: Aredhel's recap | Noric's recap
As my brothers and sister in arms have already shared, Team Diplomacy shared an adventure of valor and exploration today, the 16th of High Spring.
I arrived in town on the 14th, and spent the following two days seeking information on the local smithy, and contacts from the smith's guild. I also sought to make contact with any clerics or temples linked to my deity, Njord. Njord is pretty great by the way, you should check him out.
Finding the smithing activity in town to be...lacking, I drifted towards the nearest pub where I encountered a group of clerics, and ale. None had heard of Njord, but I quickly corrected that lapse. Apparently this crew are adherents to Sif and Set, but they seemed alright nonetheless. They spoke of an ongoing situation in the area regarding some miserable hag (hags?), and some lizards, and some territorial related madness (ye gods) but all I heard was an opportunity for adventure so I joined their party. Having spent most of my 35 years either in a temple or at the forge, the opportunity to explore a new land called strongly.
They were accompanied by an elven ranger, Carric, and a human soldier, Kellen, both of whom seemed quite capable of holding their own. Being a party of three clerics up to this point, we needed people to heal so the more the merrier. Surely, these folk would prove invaluable in our quest to reclaim the lost staff of one of the local townsfolk.

TL;DR: Strike a deal with the hag to eliminate a threat in a cave; party finds a monument and discovers a blighted creek/falls.
Well hello everyone, I am Noric Synphase and boy do I have a story to tell you.
It begins on the 16th day of Spring, with Aredel, Kellen, Carric, Tormund and myself all wanting to head out to explore the shipwreck to the West. The party was asleep when we were awoken just before dawn by a horrible blue skinned "Sea Creature" charging out of the ocean. We were graced by the "Gods" not to be harmed by it, but quickly dispatched this creature with expert skill and a bit of luck. As a warning to any other creatures in the area, we put his severed head on HIS own trident and proceeded Westward to the shipwreck.
Meeting up with the Hag, we ask for the staff back, striking a deal. The deal was to eliminate a threat that is in a cave that is even farther West. Once we are done, we can get the staff back. With our expert negotiating skills, we struck the deal and ventured farther into the swamp and went searching for this cave. After a long day of avoiding some deadly birds and finding a monument, the party decides to search the surrounding area. Thank goodness we had a dwarf that could inspect the ruins and this structure could be way older than anything else in the area. The biggest thing of note was that the door leading into the ruins was sealed from the inside.
That same day we find some large grazing “Cow” like creatures feasting on the hillside eating the grass and minding their own business. To the West of these creatures was a blighted creek flowing from Northwest to the South where it has a small waterfall about 30’ tall. While “I” was gathering firewood for the evening I was savagely attacked by a flying snake that almost killed me in one strike. Thank goodness I have a strong constitution or you may not be hearing this story from my lips. Quickly destroyed by the blast from a friendly cleric, I made it out alive. We rested for the evening, and during this rest, the huge “Cow like” creatures that weighed over 1,000 pounds each were savagely attacked in the middle of the night and one was carried off toward the blighted creek. By the way, we have no idea where this disease is originating from.
Before we travel any further, we all decided to return to this tavern to tell you what we have found. You know, just in case we do not make it out alive once we travel back Westward to investigate this source of the blighted creek. I hope all of you enjoyed this story, for there is so much more than just a shipwreck to the West. A Hag that has a small contingent of blue skinned guards, a huge nest of flat beaked birds as large as a human to the West of that on a hillside, a sealed obelisk temple with a sealed door Northwest of that and finally a blighted creek a half of a mile to the west of the obelisk.

TL;DR: Made a bargain with the sea hag, found an obelisk, discovered hills and giant cow herd to the west, found Tainted Falls
Kellen, Aredhel, Carric, Tormund, Noric go out on adventure -- had two elves and three clerics!
Saw predator bird in the forest. Keep going. Six birds three nests. Rest for night -- split watch between the two elves -- my watch right before it ends there's a slippery blue devil out to sea, I wake everyone, we wreck it without taking any damage (I crit it for 19 damage in one hit). Slippery blue devil head impaled on trident on beach past birds facing sea right before dawn of the 17th - before terrain shifts to southern forest. I took 31 of its teeth -- they're sharp like sharks.
Parlayed with the hag, Molly Bonecrusher, who has the staff. We saw it and she wanted to see our holy relics so we lit stuff up with thaumaturgy to pretend... She wanted my holy symbol brain piece of a saint in exchange for the staff -- decided to kill something for her instead creatures of the far realm live in the cave approach carefully or it will be our grave. Multiple hearts? Multiple bodies?
She didn't step on the beach...
we move on
Dozen big birds nesting on shore - have to go into forest. Pair of two feathered lizards - pair of sorel - had to go maybe a half mile on our turn to by pass birds.
Obelisk half mile in - near draw - very visible from shore because on foothill roll a few hundred feet above sea level - arched recess door is more of a slab pushed up and sealed from inside where two people would be able to walk comfortably through it -- sunken partially into earth 7 feet seen of maybe 15 feet - construction predates everything we would know - made from huge slabs - blunt and direct ----- not Elven - base built around spire -- mortared in - some stress fissures in the center of top of the base - obelisk and base same age. Dwarven marker etched on the east side of the door. Lots of large herd animals bigger than any we've seen a significant distance north of the obelisk - rolling hills then mountains in the distance.
