Return to the forbidden dungeon

Cleared the remaining unexplored rooms of an ancient flooded structure a half days trek from BRI. A pack of shimmerscale lizardfolk had taken residence in the lower rooms, attempting to loot the deepest room. We proactively defended ourselves against them and found the treasure hoard behind the final door.

Oh there was a pile of ancient sylvan corpses in another back room. Builders of the structure carved this near the treasure hoard:

“The warrior of the four seasons steps between the worlds on the fullest night." 

Tonight is the new moon, is that when night is most full? Are these words connected to the four obelisks rumored to be in this swamp?
